If you have any reason to be concerned about work being, or that has been, undertaken on your roof by a CompetentRoofer member, then we will firstly advise you to make direct contact with the contractor you used

If you cannot agree a resolution with the contractor and would like to make a complaint please complete the form below and we will respond within 10 working days.

CompetentRoofer Ltd has access to third party adjudication via the Association of Independent Construction Adjudicators (AICA).  If after having followed the above procedure the issue has not been resolved, then please contact CompetentRoofer for details of this service.
